Of course, it’s often hard to tell just what effect a tincture or homeopathic remedy is having, especially when taken in combination with other things. What I can say is that taste of the honey flavored lions mane makes it very pleasant to take. I would probably order again.

I can not express enough on how much I love this tea. I bought this tea because I learned some information that peaked my interest, so I figured why not. That was the best decision that I made because I was suffering from severe hot flashes that were so bad. Since I started drinking this tea ALL hot flashes stopped.
